How It Works
Step One
A call where we learn about your reception — the room, the vibe, the guest count, and what you want the dance floor to feel like. We'll recommend the right band size and talk through any add-ons you're considering. One point of contact for the whole process, one contract for everything you book.
Step Two
Once we understand the night, we send a tailored proposal — ensemble configurations, timeline, and pricing — built around your venue, guest count, and the specific moments you want held. Everything is adjustable; nothing is boilerplate.
Step Three
In the months leading up, we work through every detail that shapes the evening — processional selections, first dance, parent dances, family honors, reception transitions, and the final song of the night. Every moment that matters to you becomes part of the plan.
Step Four
The team arrives, the setup is handled, and the night unfolds the way you planned it. Your only job is to be present. We hold everything else.
